| Q. | Who needs Zortal? |
| A. | Youth sports leagues which have to register hundreds of children, and complete thousands of forms, and communicate with each of their players regularly find Zortal a simple and indispensable solution for managing their league – often with only precious few volunteers! |
| Q. | What does Zortal cost a league? |
| A. | There is no charge for a league to become a Zortal Portal. Zortal designs and hosts the league website and provides all of its management tools to the league at no charge. All of our fees are paid by the players when they register to participate in a team. Leagues either choose to include the Zortal Fee in their registration fee or add it on as a handling fee. Most leagues tell us that with the ability to collect donations online, automate the registration process, better utilize volunteers, and grow the league - often results in Zortal actually saving money for the league |
| Q. | Do all registrations need to be done online? |
| A. | Yes and No! All of your data will need to be entered online for the league to have complete and accurate information on all its players. However, Zortal can take registrations online or by phone and enter it into our secure website. We will do whatever is necessary to make sure that you have 100% of the data necessary to manage your league. |
| Q. | What are our payment options? |
| A. | Zortal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Electronic Checks over our secure network, which operates at the highest level of encryption available. |
| Q. | Can Zortal handle sibling discounts, scholarships, promotions, volunteer registrations? |
| A. | No problem. Simply tell us your current registration fees and Zortal will include these into our custom eStore. In fact, when registering more than one child, Zortal remembers your family profile, so that this information only has to be entered once. |

| A. | Zortal provides a comprehensive solution for your league which includes online team creation, scheduling and scoring. You will no longer need to purchase any additional software when you become a Zortal Portal. |
